Utterly ridiculous, need to book a MONTH in advance now apparently, incredibly rude, horrible receptionist yelling at me because of an admin error that They made not updating an address that was already made clear to them. Online booking completely unavailable for this surgery. Several people's lives are at risk as they are too scared to ring up and try and book an appointment because of these horrible people and do not able to get the care they urgently need and could therefore die of suicide etc, stuck being registered to this surgery as they can only go there due to their address, unable to register elsewhere if they can't afford to move. Appalling.

I have been with this practice for 26 years. The receptionists are warm, kind, and helpful. The GPS are lovely, as are the nurses.

Dog excrement on the floor of the reception. Patients treated with same mentality. NO communication between any resident staff.

Could you please train your receptionist staff with better costumer care skills and people’s skill as they are very rude, have no manners and very aggressive to wards patients

Receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful. Though the doctor was lovely. But aside from the doctor this is a horrible surgery.
